Elder Weber Action Figure

Scott's Dad sent this picture with the following explanation in his letter to Scott this week:



I was substituting in primary, and the subject was missionary work, and you know I can’t do primary without origami, and I had these passport photos on my desk that didn’t quite work out, and next thing I knew….
